 A secure checkout portal powered by Shopify allows us to accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  For a quicker checkout, we also take PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 Is the information I use to make payments secure?
 A: Definitely.  Our checkout process is completely secure.  Reliable, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways process and encrypt your payment information.  Your complete credit card information is never kept on our servers.

 How can I tell if my order was fulfilled?
 A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided as soon as your order is confirmed.  If it's not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.  Your proof of purchase is this email.

 Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
 A: In order to deliver your items to you as soon as possible, we process orders very quickly.  Kindly provide your order number to contact@antoinettedias.shop via email right away.  If your order is not yet in the processing stage, we will do everything we can to make the necessary adjustments, but we cannot guarantee it.

 Delivery & Shipping
 Where do you ship?
 A: At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom, which includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

 What is the cost of shipping?
 A: All orders placed within the UK qualify for free standard shipping.  There is no minimum spend needed.

 What is the estimated time of arrival for my order?
 A:

 Processing time: one to two business days.

 After dispatch, shipping takes five to seven business days.

 Total: From the date of purchase, please give your order a total of 7–10 business days to arrive.

 Do you offer tracking details?
 A: Indeed!  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your package as soon as your order is shipped.

 What happens if my order arrives and I'm not home?
 A card with instructions is typically left by the courier.  They might suggest that you pick up the package from a nearby depot, leave it with a neighbor, or leave it in a secure location.  If at all possible, please use a shipping address where someone can pick up the package.

 Exchanges and Returns
 What is your return policy?

 Is it free to return items?
 A: Indeed!  For all eligible returns within the UK, we offer a complimentary pre-paid return label.

 What is the process for initiating a return?
 A: To start a return, you must first get in touch with us.  Please send an email with your order number and the items you would like returned to returns@antoinettedias.shop or contact@antoinettedias.shop.  You will receive instructions and an RMA number from us.

 How long will it take for me to get my money back?
 A: We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving and reviewing your return.  The policies of your bank or card issuer will determine how long it takes for the refund to show up in your account.

 Do you provide exchanges?
 A: We accept returns for a complete refund and ask that you place a new order for the desired item on our website so that we can ship the correct item to you as soon as possible.

 How can I determine the appropriate size?
 A comprehensive size chart with measurements in both UK and standard sizes is available on every product page.  For the best fit, we advise measuring a well-fitting item of clothing you already own and comparing the results to our chart.

 What happens if a product is sold out?
 A: The product page allows you to subscribe to a restock alert!  We'll send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock if you provide your email address.
